Competent+ digitizes the KUK-QA-CA-314 Competency Assessment Form. It helps assessors capture qualification requirements, evaluate competence, and generate a printable report.

• Use “Load Data” to continue a saved assessment.

Printing

• Print generates a clean report with summary, scores, and signature lines.

• Signatures are completed manually on the printed report.

Results Guidance

• COMPETENT indicates the assessee meets the required standard for the selected categories.

• NEEDS IMPROVEMENT indicates gaps were identified and improvement actions are required.

• Review the scoring summary and remarks for details and follow-up actions.
